New Products, New Features and a Strong Partnership

Now with Job Match, known as the best predictor of sustained, good job performance, clients can build a job benchmark at no cost. Clients complete a Job Profile Survey™ which includes behavioral traits, occupational interests and thinking style which are required for superior performance in a particular job. This input is used to create a Job Match Pattern that serves as a template for predicting the suitability of job candidates. Profiles International has introduced an improved version of the Profile called the Profile XT™ that also uses Job match as a basis for reports that aid promotional decisions, succession planning, coaching, managing and training efforts. The new version improves report formats and requires less administration time while maintaining or improving the tools excellent reliability and validity. 

 

The Sales Indicator™ is another Job Match product designed primarily for selecting, managing, and training salespeople. It measures five key qualities of successful salespeople and predicts performance in seven critical sales behaviors.
